Final hardening: Added LLM prompt guardrails and fail-safe heuristics

MAde our llm piepeline more robust after getting scores from Magicpin Vera team and tested locally too

Add telemetry logging for judge evaluation

Editted Dockerfile to be in sync with Huggingface default port for apps on hf Spaces 7860

Made some final touches integrating LLMs running and verifying judging script and making README as per requirements

Merge HF YAML into README
