Update Gradio part

fix error Cannot use chat template functions because tokenizer.chat_template is not set and no template argument was passed

change model to microsoft/phi-2

changed quantization_config

forgot to add comma for bnb_4bit_use_double_quant=True

Added more detail comments and change one setting to improve response

Satisfies transformers 4.53.0 requirement; avoids 1.0+ breaks

Update it to force a compatible transformers version

changed the model to HuggingFaceTB/SmolLM3-3B because Error loading model: HuggingFaceTB/SmolLM3-3B-Instruct is not a local

try to fix compatibility mismatch between the installed versions of transformers and huggingface_hub

Created requirements.txt
