fixed bugs[ errors in submission] in open.yaml

added root route

fixed app.py

fix: OpenAI client, models validation, import paths, email bank fields

chore: added pyproject.toml and uv.lock for openenv validation

fixed file struture as per mentioned on my repo , made sure the codebase runs locally , updated requirements.txt to support fastapi v1 [which works on c/c++ compiler on your machine no rust required] , drafted the dockerfile but havent deployed it , created hf space and connected hf repo remotely but havent pushed anything on it
