## 🌌 Who We Are

We are **Tribewarez** — a freshly formed guild drifting into the cosmos, building at the bleeding edge of **machine learning**, **Web3**, and **decentralized compute**.

Our north star: **Proof of Tensor Optimizations (PoT-O)** — a radically useful evolution of Proof-of-Work where miners perform real tensor mathematics (matrix multiplies, convolutions, activations, neural-path compression) instead of wasteful hashing.

→ **All core infrastructure will remain open-source forever** (MIT licensed) — no closed components, no rug pulls, no proprietary black boxes.  
→ We are currently in **Live Beta Testing Phase** — testnet RPC live, early miners running on desktops & ESP32/ESP8266 devices, RFCs evolving in public, bugs & breakthroughs happening in real time.

## 🚀 Getting Started in the Beta

1. **Desktop / Validator** — clone `pot-o-core` + `ai3-lib`, build your node, connect to testnet RPC
2. **Embedded Miner** — flash `esp-pot-o-miner` to ESP32-S/ESP8266 → joins guild, runs real tensor workloads, submits proofs
3. Follow RFCs → test new challenge types, staking (V3), vaults (V4), governance
4. Run self-checks & report bugs — this is live, chaotic, guild-building phase
