# Uraion FinStruct v0.3.3

Evidence-linked deterministic extraction from SEC inline-XBRL filings. Upload a
filing HTML file and it is parsed entirely in your browser; no document content
is uploaded to an inference API or Uraion server. A one-click synthetic Item 4.02
fixture demonstrates the output without a download or network request; it is test
data, not benchmark evidence or usage. The v0.3 demo adds a Form 8-K
Item 4.02 profile for non-reliance scope, trigger variant, event date,
restatement status, auditor discussion, and controlled accounting topics.
Narrative benchmark labels remain pending independent review.

The v0.3.2 Python release adds a 25-issuer temporal Item 4.02 audit with `accuracy: null` and
154/154 evidence offsets. The browser's compact Item 4.02 profile predates those temporal fixes
and may abstain where the measured Python path succeeds. Narrative labels remain pending review.
