## Standard Vocabularies (recommended)
- Diagnoses/conditions: SNOMED CT / ICD-10
- Labs/measurements: LOINC
- Medications: RxNorm

## Units & Conventions
- Blood Pressure (BP): mmHg
- Hemoglobin A1c (A1c): %
- Body Mass Index (BMI): kg/m²
- Total Cholesterol: mmol/L (use mg/dL only if explicitly provided; convert to mmol/L if possible)
- Glucose: mmol/L
- Weight: kg
- Height: cm
- Percentages: %

## Sanity Ranges (global defaults)
- A1c: 3–20 %
- Systolic BP: 60–250 mmHg
- Diastolic BP: 30–150 mmHg
- BMI: 10–70 kg/m²
- Total Cholesterol: 2–12 mmol/L

## Privacy & Reporting
- No PHI. Aggregate reporting only.
- Small-cell suppression: if a cohort < 10, aggregate or redact.

## Recommendation Style
- Analytics-first (longitudinal targeting, clustering, eligibility rules).
- Avoid generic operational advice unless explicitly asked.
