# ClarityOps — Two-Phase Medical Analyst (Prompt-Only)

This Space runs entirely in chat:
1) Paste a scenario and (optionally) upload files (CSV/XLSX/PDF).
2) **Phase 1:** ClarityOps asks up to 5 grouped clarification questions and *waits*.
3) Answer in the chat.
4) **Phase 2:** ClarityOps returns a structured analysis with calculations, units, and provenance.

**Handshake on load:**  
“ClarityOps loaded. Paste your scenario and attach files. I’ll ask up to 5 clarifications, then produce the structured analysis”.

## Notes
- `app_file` is `app.py` at the repo root.
- See `requirements.txt` for dependencies.
