Every new employee is paired with a buddy who is not their manager and who has been at the company for at least 6 months. The buddy meets the new hire weekly for the first 8 weeks and answers questions about tools and culture. Buddies receive a recognition bonus of 150 euros after completing the programme. Buddies are expected to take no more than two new hires at one time.
