feat(layout): render an annotation run, and export it in whatever eats it next
He has no UI — 864 lines of Python and a terminal. To see whether a run was any good he opens an overlay PNG in Preview. So the mesh supplies the viewer, and because it is just a hydrated frequency, his own antenna renders it identically; the world is one entry point, not the only one. The view is drawn from the geometry rather than from the overlay image, so labels toggle, a box is clickable, and clicking one shows the text it came from and its bbox in points. The fidelity verdict is stated first and in colour, because a run that failed the gate is not a result however convincing the boxes look. Exports: COCO, YOLO, Pascal VOC, HF datasets, JSONL. The failure mode in this conversion is silence — a wrong coordinate convention trains a model that is uniformly, confidently wrong and nothing complains — so the two ways to get it wrong are handled explicitly and asserted. PDF measures top downward, which already matches image convention, and points are not pixels: anything rasterised at …51fc9a6
