fix: loaded the larger model for better results and added the downloading functionality for transcribed text

app.py file name changed to gradio_ui.py which shows history tab and transcribe button

Initialized project directories, added requirements, and implemented core Gradio UI with lazy-loaded Wav2Vec2 inference
