revert: Unpin the Space's torch -- the CUDA 12 theory was wrong
Browse filesPinning torch<2.9 to force CUDA 12 wheels did not fix "No CUDA GPUs are
available", and made the failure strictly worse. Unpinned (torch 2.11), the run
log showed "Waiting for a GPU to become available" then "Successfully acquired a
GPU" before the worker died, and the request took 14.2s. Pinned, neither
scheduler line appears at all and it fails in 1.8s -- it no longer reaches GPU
acquisition.
So the CUDA 13 wheels were not the cause, and the bound removed something the
newer torch was providing. Restoring the better of the two states while the
actual cause is still unknown; the comment stays so this is not retried blind.
