Bundle deals and promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Bulk orders of 10 or more units for schools, kindergartens or events are available with a special discount — customers should contact the store directly for a custom quote. Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee and can be requested at checkout. Price matching is available for identical items sold by authorized retailers; the customer must provide proof of the lower price at time of purchase."

Opened sets may be exchanged within 14 days only if a piece is proven to be missing from the factory (manufacturing defect) or the box was damaged upon delivery — in such cases the customer is entitled to missing pieces or a full exchange of the same set. Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for store credit only, no cash refunds. Advent calendars and limited-edition sets are non-refundable once opened. Gift cards and digital vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances. To process a return or exchange, the customer must provide the original receipt or order confirmation number, original packaging (preferred but not always mandatory), and a description of the issue. If a customer reports a missing piece, they can also use the official Playmobil spare parts service at playmobil.com, and the store can assist with sourcing missing pieces where possible."

Free standard shipping is available on orders above the store minimum threshold. Orders are carefully packed to prevent damage to boxes, which is especially important for collector items. Once an order is shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email or SMS. If a package arrives damaged, the customer must photograph the damage and contact the store within 48 hours of delivery."
