Built for the A10G (sm_86): gsplat 1.5.3 plus the diff_gaussian_rasterization
(inria) and diff_gaussian_rasterization_fastgs wheels, enabling the demo's
inria/fastgs Renderer options. optgs + demo.py updated to the merged dev state.
