## 🚀 Quick Installation

### Local Development
```bash
# 1. Clone repository
git clone https://github.com/rupeia/chatbot.git
cd chatbot

# 2. Setup environment (Python 3.9+ required)
python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate  # Windows: .venv\Scripts\activate

# 3. Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

# 4. Configure (edit model paths as needed)
cp config/config.example.yaml config/config.yaml

# 5. Launch development server
flask run --port 8000
