# Nail Sticker Try-On

ZeroGPU test application for:

1. Automatic nail-mask detection with a nail YOLOv8 segmentation model.
2. SAM extraction of sticker elements from 1–5 uploaded sticker boards.
3. Board coverage: each uploaded board contributes at least one design element to a different nail.
4. Deterministic OpenCV compositing that preserves the extracted source artwork.
5. Optional single-pass FLUX Kontext global polish, followed by hard restoration of deterministic nail pixels.

## Deploy

Upload `app.py`, `requirements.txt`, and this `README.md` to the root of a Gradio Hugging Face Space. Choose **ZeroGPU** hardware and use **Factory reboot** after changes.

For optional FLUX testing, accept the FLUX.1-Kontext-dev model license with your Hugging Face account and create an `HF_TOKEN` Secret in the Space settings.
