Fix: remove hidden attr from loading and start-progress divs

FIX ROOT CAUSE: remove hidden attribute from catalogue-panel (CSS [hidden] !important overrides class .open)

Remove picker modal (auto-init with vuong.glb + Sohee)

RESTORE: full index.html từ gemma-multi-avatar + catalogue panel + importmap

CRITICAL FIX: add importmap for bare module specifiers (three, talkinghead, GLTFLoader). This is the root cause of all failures.

Fix: remove disabled from main-btn in HTML, add robust fallback. Fix vendor file serving from src/vendor/ too.

Fix: catalogue/settings/news buttons not working. Remove DOMContentLoaded wrapper (already fired by bottom-of-body), add fallback bindings if module fails on mobile (WebGL). Fix inline JS function hoisting.

Restore gemma-multi-avatar UI + add product catalogue RAG
