Fix: switch DEFAULT_MODEL from tencent/hy3:free (unavailable on OpenRouter) to laguna-s-2.1:free
tencent/hy3:free returns OpenRouter 404: 'This model is unavailable for free. The paid version is available now - use this slug instead: tencent/hy3' This caused /api/session/restore-summary to return 500 (seed_from_summary calls LLM with DEFAULT_MODEL_PATH). Switched to poolside/laguna-s-2.1:free which is available on OpenRouter free tier.dc7c214
