fix: rename entrypoint to gradio_app.py to fix ModuleNotFoundError
Drumil +1: Claude Sonnet 4.6app.py shadowed the app/ package when Python tried to resolve `import app.ui.*` — renaming to gradio_app.py eliminates the collision.
