Surface shop failures in the Logbook instead of wiping it

Failed buy_potion/buy_max_mana now append a "Cannot buy Potion"/"Cannot
upgrade Crystal" log line server-side and return the game payload, so the
client re-renders the logs with a styled log-shop-error entry instead of
clobbering the whole panel with an error <p>. appendTempLog now creates the
logs-list if absent rather than discarding prior entries, and the Logbook
scrolls internally (.outcome-content overflow) so long histories stay readable.
Ported from the sibling build-small-hackathon repo (adapted to per-session
GameState).

Make the primary button context-sensitive: Transmute/Next Guest/End Day
Jingzhi Ye+1: Claude Opus 4.8

The deliver button now reflects the selected guest via a single
updateActionButton() authority:
- incomplete guest -> Transmute (deliver)
- completed + waiting -> Next Guest (advance to the next incomplete guest,
including ones newly spawned by a star/slot unlock)
- completed + none waiting -> End Day (same flow as "End Day & Pay Rent")
This replaces the old disabled "Completed" dead-end. The deliver and end-day
bodies are extracted into transmute()/endDay() so the button dispatches on mode
and end-day is shared with the right-column button.

Give each request its own canvas; show generated image on canvas
Jingzhi Ye+1: Claude Opus 4.8

Per-guest doodles and mana: each guest keeps its own in-progress canvas
(doodleByRequest) and mana cost (spentManaByRequest), drawn from the shared
mana pool. selectVisitor snapshots the outgoing canvas and restores the
incoming one. Reset refunds only the current guest's spend.
After a Transmute, the selection stays on the completed guest and its
generated image is painted onto the canvas instead of a preview <img> in the
detail card. Reset on a completed guest is grayed out and fully inert.

- Rewrite README as the Build Small submission (Thousand Token Wood track;
Off the Grid + Off-Brand badges; OpenBMB sponsor prize) with in-game
terminology (sketch a glyph / transmute / reputation), model table with
param counts, hidden test-mode note, and demo/social placeholders.
- Port WITCH_WOOD_GEN_ENABLED toggle (skip image-gen only, keep real judge)
and document the three local run modes.

Bring over the production app from gizzleon/hf-playground: app entry,
Space config, pinned requirements, and the witch_wood package (core,
engine, vision, gen, ui + custom HTML/JS frontend). Dev-only files
(tests, docs, uv.lock) are intentionally omitted.
