# QA Demo Protocol

Purpose: answer the Reddit critique that the product needs real-time proof on a normal laptop.

Record a single-take video:

1. Show the laptop model and RAM.
2. Show Wi-Fi disabled.
3. Insert USB/SSD.
4. Open drive.
5. Run START-HERE.cmd.
6. Ask one normal question.
7. Ask one offline survival/reference question.
8. Ask one image scan if vision pack is included.
9. Show elapsed startup time.
10. Show no cloud website is opened.

Run:

`factory/powershell/QA-Benchmark.ps1`

Save results under `qa/benchmark-result.json`.
