Track taught concepts for lineage and reapplied
- Use actual taught concepts to compute reapplied and lineage, not the challenge's canonical IDs. - Add via_generalization flag on concepts and derive built_from from taught concepts when a generalization occurs. - Pass a label_of map to the UI so built_from uses readable labels. - Update finale rendering to respect via_generalization and adjust the continue button gating; introduce _reveal_continue. - Engine: mark concepts taught in a turn as reapplied only if not a generalization; set built_from from real taught concepts during confirm. - Tests: cover real model IDs and zero-lineage scenarios.3081a6a -
Refactor brain default and world logging
- Add _default_brain() to pick local or stub based on SPACE_ID - In app.py, fall back to StubBrain when brain build fails to keep the Space up - Update world logging to "The alien puts the X into the Y" for put_in actions - Change secret-win to count any hidden stone rather than just blue_stone - Update tests to expect "puts" in logs and allow red_stone as a win676f91a
