Polish pre-A1: hide Backend tab, drop Field sketch/FLUX toggle + sky_img_out from UI, improve Advanced settings accordion fonts for legibility. Clarify Off Grid (still runs local Ollama polish + zenith). Update roadmap, README, demo-script, copy-guide to match Planner+Targets scope. A5 red-light visual pass noted skipped. screen.png as reference.
