feat: make the Space publishable without binary db

feat: prebuilt 375-entry DB (full year, 6MB) + locked single-model dropdown

fix: fall back to 50 entries (free CPU is too slow for 100+)

fix: fall back to 100 entries (200 was too slow on free CPU)

chore: bump seed from 50 to 200 entries (still well under 30-min health check)

fix: async seed of 50 entries (was timing out at 375 sync)

feat: seed Space DB with year of entries on first boot
