Gradio 6.0 broke two things:
- `gr.Blocks(css=..., theme=...)` no longer accepts css/theme as constructor
args (they moved to `.launch()`). The try/except fallback was masking the
error but leaving _b in a bad state → "unhashable type: dict" downstream.
- `demo.launch(css=..., theme=...)` is now the correct call site.
Also updates sdk_version in README (4.44.0 → 6.17.3) and pins
requirements.txt to gradio[oauth]>=6.0.0 so the Space installs a
compatible version and stops falling back to the default template.

from the tokscale.ai public ccusage leaderboard (cited in-file). Every row
has full four-pillar data so all leaderboard columns populate. MO§ES
canonical row untouched (Υ 18436.98).
- Supabase sigrank_operators: dropped old wild rows, inserted the 10 with real
published cost in cost_usd, source='tokscale'. Board now 11 rows live.
- README: cost-provenance + wild-corpus notes updated (10 operators, tokscale
citation, real cost stored but board uses list-price ~ for consistency).
Verified: all 10 Υ reproduce the source analysis exactly; live board reads 11.

- Codex parser: unify Alpha/Beta into one _codex_input_estimate helper
(removes the two divergent hardcoded /9.0 copies). Beta now uses the
operator's REAL Claude input/output ratio; Alpha uses the AA 2:1 baseline.
- ./sigrank --all: run every provider in turn (claude, then codex); Codex
reuses Claude's measured ratio for the Beta pathway; one failing provider
doesn't stop the others.
- Instructions (app.py Clock Your Signal tab + README How-to-measure):
measure each provider separately, never bare `ccusage --json`; what data /
where to get it / where to input it; accurate two-pathway Codex description.
- Drop duplicate claudetodolist.md (content lives in SUPABASE_MIGRATION.md).
Supabase migration (submitted_at, hf_user, sigrank_sessions + RLS) applied

Critical bug: when users paste terminal output like '"totals": { ... }' (not
valid JSON), parse_four() grabbed numbers positionally — mapping cacheCreation
to input, cacheRead to output, etc. Completely scrambled.
Fix: three-strategy pipeline in ingest_meta():
1. _try_fix_json(): wraps partial fragments in {} to make valid JSON
2. _extract_by_name(): regex extraction by field name (inputTokens,
outputTokens, etc.) when named fields are present in any format
3. parse_four(): fallback for bare numbers only
Also adds _FIELD_ALIASES dict mapping canonical names to all known variants
(camelCase + snake_case). _has_named_fields() detects when Strategy 2 applies.
Codex fragments with named fields correctly route through the two-pathway
parser (Alpha 3:2:1 / Beta 1:9) via the named-field extraction path.
SUPABASE_MIGRATION.md: SQL for adding submitted_at + hf_user columns to
sigrank_operators, creating sigrank_sessions table, and RLS policies.

Item 1 (anchor refinement): parse_codex now uses turn-delta method when
daily granularity is present — estimates cache_create from per-day context
growth deltas instead of fixed 2:1. sigrank.py --codex first fetches
Claude's measured I/O ratio and passes it as fallback anchor, so the
estimate is grounded in real data rather than a provisional constant.
Item 4 (board marker): estimated rows (Codex-anchored) now show a dimmed
~ marker next to the operator name in the leaderboard HTML so measured
vs estimated is visible at a glance.

is_codex_shape only checked snake_case keys; ccusage codex --json emits
camelCase (cachedInputTokens, reasoningOutputTokens). Detection missed,
data fell through to parse_ccusage: no 2:1 split, no cache, raw combined
input inflated. Now checks both cases. Also scopes ./sigrank default to
ccusage claude --json so Claude and Codex are never combined.
