fix: download models at build time to prevent HF Space startup timeout
The runtime was crashing with 'OSError: Cannot find empty port in range: 7860-7860' because HF Spaces was restarting the container during model downloads (~8GB total), causing port conflicts. Moving downloads to the Docker build phase eliminates the startup delay and prevents the health-check timeout restart loop.4505a0c -
