Bind to 0.0.0.0:7860, serialize concurrent dev-mode workers with a
launch lock, and retry when the port is still held during restarts.
Fix Space frontend by using gr.Server.launch instead of uvicorn.

HF Gradio Spaces require app.launch() with _frontend disabled so the
custom React UI is served at / instead of the default Gradio shell.
Also ignore dream.mp3 so binary pushes are not blocked.
