Decouple tracking from detection; size-relative motion; UI tuning
Javier Montalvo +1: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context)Engine: - Replace centroid SimpleTracker (tracking.py) with GreedyIoUTracker in detector.py. Detection now always runs via predict(); IDs are assigned in a separate IoU pass, so unmatched detections are kept (full recall) instead of being dropped by a confirm-before-emit tracker. - Dedup keeps the oldest track_id in an overlap group so identity no longer flickers with per-frame confidence. - Moving condition: foot-point + object-size-relative, smoothed half-window displacement (min_displacement_ratio) replacing frame-% box-center displacement, rejecting box jitter on stationary objects. - server.py enables tracking only when a rule actually uses moving.
