Add a free Oracle Cloud hosting script and guide
Chandra KiranUnverified signaturedeploy/oracle/setup.sh turns an Always Free Ubuntu machine into the RosDiff server: Python venv, OpenCode, the documentation index, a systemd service that restarts on crashes and reboots, Caddy with a free HTTPS certificate on <ip>.sslip.io (or your own domain), the firewall opened for 80/443, and a nightly database backup. It is safe to re-run after copying an update. deploy/oracle/README.md walks through the account, the machine, the ports, moving the existing data over once, and updating without overwriting it.85a16bc
