Replace title and logo with centered transparent logo

- Remove 'Par-ity Project' title text completely
- Remove separate logo in top right corner
- Add single centered transparent.png logo at the top
- Use 3-column layout [1, 2, 1] for perfect centering
- Logo uses full column width for optimal sizing
- Fallback to title text if logo fails to load
