Disable front-facing camera view option in UI

- Remove 'Front Facing (Face-On)' option from camera view selection
- Keep all front-facing metric functionality intact for future use
- Only allow 'Down the Line (DTL)' video analysis for now
- Update help text to indicate front-facing view is temporarily disabled
