Add website content pages to workspace, pin harness 25e7e15
Copy raw HTML templates into workspace/website/ for the model to reference. No transformation — the model reads HTML as-is. Updated harness handles .html extensions and subdirectory lookup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>e5d37ab
