Rewrite explorer with Docker SDK, streaming, citations, custom UI
Switch from Gradio SDK to Docker SDK with custom HTML frontend. Add streaming answers, citation processing (from harness), source list, trace toggle, file upload with drag-and-drop, session cost tracking.
