Update model loading to use specific checkpoint for tokenizer and model in app.py

Add requirements.txt for project dependencies including Gradio, Transformers, Torch, and Accelerate

Implement Vietnamese spelling correction feature using a transformer model. Replace previous chatbot functionality with a new interface for correcting spelling errors in user-provided text. Update UI components and add example inputs for better user experience.
