Restyles the viewer chrome onto the Common Crawl palette and type, adds a '?' beside 'Color by' explaining each colourable property with links to its source, links the lede to the published dataset, and spells 'web graph' without a hyphen. Point colours and all viewer behaviour are unchanged.
Region select: rectangle selection with exact cross-band host count
