feat: add EUrouter and HostYourAI as EU-sovereign providers
crispasr integration +1: Claude Opus 5 (1M context)Both are Dutch (B.V.) per-token inference routers on EU infrastructure, and both expose a public, keyless source — so the existing daily update-providers workflow picks them up with no secrets and no workflow change.
