cTuning foundation is a non-profit educational organization founded by [Grigori Fursin](https://fursin.net) and a founding member of [MLCommons](https://mlcommons.org). It has been developing open-source tools and methodology to support reproducibility initiatives, artifact evaluation, open source, and open science projects in collaboration with ACM, IEEE, and MLCommons since 2008.
