+Abyssinia Intelligence (the "Software") is classified as a **Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS)**. In all instances, the human clinician remains the **Sovereign Decision-Maker**. The Software does not possess the legal or professional authority to issue independent medical diagnoses or prescribe treatment plans.

+The AI engine is an **Assistant** designed to:
+* Identify physiological trends within real-time Vital Streams.
+* Synthesize multimodal data (text and imaging) to reduce cognitive load.
+* Provide bilingual summaries to enhance patient-doctor communication.

+## 3. Human-in-the-Loop Requirement
+No clinical report generated by Version 7 is valid without the electronic or physical signature of a licensed medical practitioner. The **QR Verification Code** confirms the data's integrity but does not substitute for professional medical validation.
