feat: switch demo to the solar-mini4 pipeline (v44 = v41 + document chunking)

deploy: v35 document-level chunking (DP split + parallel chunks), progress view, Supabase logbook

Replace v24-era demo with v34 pipeline demo (engine-vendored bundle)
