Fix Gradio TypeError by using stable version 4.36.1

- Downgrade from gradio==4.44.1 to gradio==4.36.1
- This version is more stable and avoids TypeError in schema generation
- BASE model (390MB) loads successfully, just need stable UI
- Version 4.36.1 is well-tested and widely used
