Upgrade Gradio to 4.44.2 to fix TypeError

CRITICAL FIX:
- Upgrade gradio==4.44.1 to gradio==4.44.2
- Fixes: TypeError: argument of type 'bool' is not iterable
- Known bug in Gradio 4.44.0/4.44.1 with get_api_info()

MODEL STATUS:
- BASE model (390MB) loads successfully!
- Server starts on port 7860
- Just need Gradio version fix for UI to work
