Downgrade to Gradio 4.29.0 to fix persistent TypeError

- Gradio 4.36.1 and 4.44.1 both have the same schema bug
- Gradio 4.29.0 is a stable version without this issue
- This is a known-good version used by many successful Spaces
- BASE model (390MB) loads fine, just need working UI layer
