# Live Animated Avatar Companion (No-Install)

Upload a head+shoulders avatar image (PNG). Speak (mic) or type. The app:
- transcribes with Whisper (or faster_whisper)
- replies using a lightweight instruction model (Flan-T5 small)
- synthesizes voice with gTTS (young feminine tone)
- auto-generates a short talking video with mouth movement, blink & head tilt
- fully free and runs on CPU (Hugging Face Spaces)
