| <li><strong>Paid Tier:</strong> LogBuddy offers a subscription-based paid tier with enhanced features.</li> |
| <li><strong>Billing & Payment:</strong> Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms when subscribing.</li> |
| <li><strong>Refunds:</strong> First-time users are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. Prorated refunds are available within 14 days of your charge.</li> |
| <li><strong>Cancellation:</strong> Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the billing cycle ends.</li> |
| <li><strong>Usage Limits:</strong> Free-tier users may have limited saved snippets. Upgrading unlocks more features.</li> |

| <h2 class="text-xl font-semibold mt-8">Changes to Terms</h2> |
| <p>We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.</p> |

| <p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogBuddy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the Service.</p> |

| <p>The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.</p> |
