| * Must be 22 years old or older to be eligible. | |
| * Must reside inside of the United States to be eligible and be in a licensed state. All states are licensed except Florida, Montana, Nevada, and North Dakota. | |
| * Must be able to walk to be eligible. | |
| * They cannot be implanted with a demand-type cardiac pacemaker or defibrillator. | |
| * Cannot have active cancer in the leg. | |
| * Must have one of the supported diagnoses as their primary diagnosis, which include: Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, and incomplete Spinal Cord Injury. | |

| Other information: | |
| * The sleeve costs $2600. At the time of ordering, a $200 deposit is placed followed by 12 monthly payments of $200 once you have been set up with your sleeve. | |
| * CIONIC is unable to ship to anyone other than the customer the sleeve was prescribed for. The mailing address must be a permanent and personal residence of the sleeve user. | |
| * Battery life is up to 8 hours and is rechargeable. |
