From this place on your shin bone, or tibia, please move your finger laterally (towards the outside of your leg) about 1.5 inches. Here you should feel a muscle belly. If you are able to lift your toes, this muscle belly will “pop”. Where your finger is now, is where you should place the top electrode of the panel that falls closest to your shin bone.
