Install nvdisasm-re as a wheel; native emulation, IR printing modes, expression graph and generated C++
nvdisasm-re is now installed from a wheel built at the languages release's commit, with the release's languages in /opt/sass-languages ($SASS_SLEIGH_OUT); dev-build.sh builds the wheel from a local tree. The image adds g++ and Graphviz, and warm.py compiles the emulator runtime and the examples' kernels. Emulation runs on the native C++ emulator (sass.emulate.kernel) instead of comparing Ghidra's p-code emulator with a per-thread Python evaluator, with limits raised to 65,536 threads and 10^8 instructions. kernel_request and LAUNCH_LAYOUT now come from sass.launch, where nvdisasm-re moved them. SM90 kernels run whole. The lifted IR can expand defined operators and describe them in one legend; an expression graph draws an instruction's semantics, expanded operators as clusters; a Generated C++ tab shows the emulator's per-instruction functions.02b994b

Add an instruction builder for random legal instructions
Pick an opcode, optionally a form and modifier values, and Generate writes a random legal instance into the editor and assembles it for analysis. Instructions come from synth.legal_word, re-encoded with the pinned modifiers and checked to reassemble; pseudo-op classes are excluded since they decode as other classes.02fd83a
