HOW TO VERIFY YOU HAVE THE CORRECT app.py

Open app.py in a text editor and search for these lines:

1. Search for "log_transcript_start"
   ✅ Should find it around line 36
   ❌ If not found = WRONG FILE!

2. Search for "log_transcript_complete"
   ✅ Should find it around line 38
   ❌ If not found = WRONG FILE!

3. Search for "def measure(self, name):"
   ✅ Should find it around line 63
   ❌ If not found = WRONG FILE!

If ANY of these are missing, you have the OLD version!

QUICK FILE SIZE CHECK
================================================================================

The CORRECT app.py should be approximately:
  - 25-30 KB in size
  - 750-850 lines long

If your app.py is much smaller, you have the wrong version!

WHERE TO GET THE CORRECT FILE
================================================================================

Location: /home/john/TranscriptorEnhanced/app.py

Make sure you're not uploading from:
  ❌ Downloads folder
  ❌ Desktop
  ❌ Temp folder
  ❌ Any backup or old location

Upload from the TranscriptorEnhanced directory ONLY!
