egoSample viewers: use top-frame WeixinJSBridge for autoplay inside index iframe

WeChat iOS injects WeixinJSBridge only into the top frame, so the iframe'd
viewers never got the bridge callback and stayed paused. Look it up on
parent/top, start via the bridge first in WeChat, ?wxdebug shows a log.
