Bump sdk_version to 5.9.1

Upgrade to Gradio 5.9.1 (fixes jinja/starlette dict crash)

Monkey-patch gradio_client to tolerate bool JSON-schema nodes (fix startup crash)

Bump sdk_version to 4.44.1

Fix: explicit server_name/port + show_api=False on launch

Pin gradio 4.44 + huggingface_hub<1.0 (HfFolder compat)

Pin python_version to 3.11 to avoid Python 3.13 stdlib removals
