                <h3>הפייפליין – צעד אחר צעד</h3>
                <p>שאילתת המשתמש נכנסת לשלב <strong>נרמול שמות</strong> (זיהוי דגם: RS3, לינק אנד קו 01 וכו'). אחר כך <strong>זיהוי סוג שאלה</strong> – בודד או השוואה. בשלב <strong>שליפה</strong> מתבצע חיפוש היברידי (וקטורים + מילות מפתח) ומתקבלים chunks רלוונטיים. מהם בונים <strong>פרומפט</strong> (system + user) עם ההקשר, היסטוריית שיחה ומטמון. לבסוף <strong>קריאה ל־LLM</strong> (OpenRouter או Gemini) – פעם אחת – והתשובה מוצגת למשתמש: קודם "עיקר הפייפליין" (שלבי עיבוד) ואז "התשובה" בלי כפילות.</p>
                <h3>1. נתונים וחלוקה לנושאים</h3>
                <p><strong>מה:</strong> קובץ <code>scraped_data.json</code> עם כתבות מבחני דרכים. כל כתבה מחולקת ל־chunks לפי נושאים (מפרט טכני, בטיחות, עיצוב, נוחות, צריכה, דינמיקה).</p>
                <p><strong>למה:</strong> חלוקה לפי נושא מאפשרת חיפוש ממוקד ולשלוף רק קטעים רלוונטיים לשאלה, במקום להעביר למודל טקסט ארוך שלם. כך גם הדיוק עולה וגם זמן התגובה יורד.</p>
                <h3>2. מטא־דאטה ונרמול שמות רכבים</h3>
                <p><strong>מה:</strong> לכל chunk יש מטא־דאטה (כותרת, URL, נושא, מילות מפתח). מילון נרמול + רגקס מזהה וריאציות שמות (אודי RS3, RS3, Link & Co 01, לינק אנד קו 01 וכו').</p>
                <p><strong>למה:</strong> כך המשתמש יכול לשאול בכל ניסוח והמערכת תזהה את הדגם ויחפש רק ברשימת הדגמים הנתמכים. בלי נרמול, שאלות כמו "לינק אנד קו" או "Link and Co 01" היו נדחות למרות שיש לנו מסמך מתאים.</p>

                <p><strong>למה:</strong> שילוב סמנטי ומילות מפתח משפר דיוק (כ־30% בהשוואה לוקטורי בלבד) ומתאים לעברית ואנגלית. המודל הרב־לשוני תומך בשתי השפות באותו אינדקס.</p>
                <h3>4. סוכן LangGraph (retrieve → generate)</h3>
                <p><strong>מה:</strong> צעד ראשון – <code>prepare_generation</code> (נרמול, זיהוי השוואה/בודד, שליפה, בניית פרומפט). צעד שני – קריאה ל־LLM עם ההקשר שנשלוף. אין לולאת refine – תשובה אחת.</p>
                <p><strong>למה:</strong> זרימה אחת ברורה מקלה על תחזוקה ודיבוג. החלטנו על תשובה אחת מסודרת (קודם "עיקר הפייפליין" ואז "התשובה") כדי שהמשתמש יראה התקדמות בלי כפילות של אותה תשובה פעמיים.</p>
                <h3>5. מודל שפה (OpenRouter / Gemini)</h3>
                <p><strong>מה:</strong> אם מוגדר <code>OPENROUTER_API_KEY</code> – משתמשים ב־OpenRouter (מודל ברירת מחדל Gemini Flash). אחרת – Google Gemini עם retry על rate limit.</p>
                <p><strong>למה:</strong> OpenRouter מפחית חסימות rate limit ומאפשר גמישות במודל. Gemini כגיבוי כשהמפתח של OpenRouter לא מוגדר. המודל מחזיר תשובה מילולית אחת שמאגדת את ההקשר שנשלוף.</p>
                <h3>6. זיכרון שיחה ומטמון</h3>
                <p><strong>מה:</strong> היסטוריית שיחה (Q+A) ל־3 תורות אחרונות נכללת בפרומפט. מטמון לפי hash של השאלה – תשובות זהות חוזרות מהמטמון בלי קריאה ל־LLM.</p>
                <p><strong>למה:</strong> מענה לשאלות המשך ("ומה לגבי הבטיחות?") דורש הקשר – בלי היסטוריה המודל לא יודע על מה מדברים. המטמון חוסך זמן וכסף על שאלות חוזרות ומשפר חוויית משתמש.</p>
